How a pilot runs

Start with the next 10 client meetings. We process the first three with you, measure the time saved, and stop if the workflow does not earn its place.

What it costs

Founding pilots are a flat €500 for the next 10 client meetings, including human review and the workflow map. If the first three do not save time, stop there.

Ten meetings, in the order they happen.

Start narrow enough to measure and valuable enough to matter.

  1. 01

Bring the next 10 client meetings

Start with one real call. We map the commitments, owner, deadline, dependencies and scope decisions it creates, then repeat the same receipt across the pilot.

  2. 02

Keep the evidence in your tools

The call notes, proposal, CRM record and project state stay where they already live. We read first and show every proposed write before anything changes.

  3. 03

Approve the work with your team

Every action, follow-up and exception carries its source. Your team decides what gets written, what needs approval and what simply gets recorded.

  4. 04

Measure the time it gives back

Compare the manual cleanup against the receipt: coordination time, missed handoffs or scope leakage. If the loop does not move the chosen measure, it does not earn a wider rollout.

Written into the pilot

One baseline. One target. One delivery loop that has to move it.

Choose time to first value, accounts per delivery manager, scope leakage or coordination time. The result is agreed before the pilot, not invented afterwards.

Find the meeting receipt worth repeating.

Bring one recent client call. Leave with the first loop mapped and ready for the next nine.
